Today is the day that my journey comes to an end.
Sara did not want to leave Frankie behind.
James drove Sara and I to the Calgary International Airport, where we said goodbye.
Here was my last look at Calgary before our plane disappeared into the wild blue yonder.
Sara and I were reunited at Pearson Airport, and awaited a connecting flight to Windsor.
In Windsor, my parents were waiting for us with open arms. We dropped Sara off at her apartment in Windsor, and then the three of us drove home to Essex.
That bottle of Tatra Tea that I bought in Vancouver was hastily opened and poured. Thanks, Mom and Dad, for letting me take the car and follow my dreams… which turned out to be a sacrifice in the end.

Thanks Kate and Sara, for joining me as travel-partners and for putting up with me during those long, long drives.
Thanks to Steve, Janelle, James and Matt, Kate and Sandy, Manraj, Kevin and Karina for welcoming me into your homes.
I met a lot of adventurous people throughout this journey. I also got to see a large chunk of this big and beautiful country that we call home.
Love you, Canada.
Done.
