Day 1 – September 2, 2015

We began our journey in Cottam, ON, heading East up the 401.  Fresh tunes kept the ride interesting courtesy of the Arkells and Mumford & Sons.

First stop: Brantford for a successful interview.

Second stop: the Muskokas for stunning views of fresh water lakes.  There was slight confusion and few choice words as we drove around in complete darkness trying to find a campground that, in reality, did not exist.  However, we were very grateful for our friend Terry in Port Sydney who gave us the privilege of setting up the tent on his beautiful, freshly-cut lawn.
